COPE offers a unique outdoor retreat experience designed to strenthen teamwork, communication, and leadership in a natural setting. Through engaging challenges, collaborative activities, and adventure-based learning, your team will build trust while improving problem-solving and group dynamics. It’s the perfect opportunity for corporate groups  or organizations to reconnect, recahrge, and grow together outside their work environment.

Half Day Team Builder – $300

Perfect for staff retreats, leadership groups, and department outings. Three hours of facilitated COPE activities, focus on communication, collaboration, and morale.

  • Designed for 8-20 participants. Additional charges may be assessed for larger group sizes due to staff ratios.

Leadership Outpost Packages

Our leadership outpost packages at Gamehaven Scout Camp include a menu of options to mold your group’s experience. With participation on our challenge course, nature trails, and much more, your group is set to have an meaningful and relaxing experience.

Gamehaven Standard Package – $400

  • 60 minutes of Leadership Challenge Games on and off our adventure course
  • Leadership skills and personality traits lab
  • Snacks and drinks provided
  • Designed for 8-20 participants. Additional charges may be assessed for larger group sizes due to staff ratios.

Gamehaven Premium Package -$500

  • 120 minutes of leadership challenge games on and off our adventure course
  • Leadership skills and personality traits lab
  • Dutch oven demo
  • Campfire Reflection

Our Corporate Leadership Outposts use engaging low-cope activties and collaborative challenges to strengthen communication, teamwork, and problemsolving skills in a hands-on outdoor environment.  Through guided activities, partipants learn how to work together toward shared goals.
